Taco salad party!
This was another one of my ideas to bring a little bit of America to Spain. Anyone remember taco nights? Well, we started with some guacamole (Pablo's) and french onion dip. We moved on to taco salad with all of the vegetables and condiments necessary for the traditional American/Mex food....yum!
In the photo starting from the back left: Nicole, Néstor, Kate, David, Elena, María José...then from the bottom left: Pablo, Neil, Me, and Eva.
What a fun night that was! I learned that Eva never played the cello, Neil had a grandfather who had to go to the emergency room once for confusing kerosene for milk, Sonia (not in this photo) is a great story teller and used to mime the violin, David has been in the surgery room 4 times (three of which were medical practice for his career), Kate's favorite color is pink, Néstor once had a duck, Nicole went bungy jumping in Wisconsin Dells and would never do it again, and Pablo was in Uruguay for a whole month! ....It was a fun game we played!...
