The Canary Islands 2007 ...I spent Christmas with my roomate David, his family, and friends in Tenerife!

Perhaps the best part about my trip to Tenerife was the hiking up Guajara...I can't imagine anything more relaxing than a couple of good friends, some light snow on the ground, a mountain, and fresh air! In the first three photos, you can see the Teide, and the last photo is the Guajara, the mountain we climbed! In the photos, you see David and Diana!

Surprise Birthday for Kate and I, Dec. 2007

I couldn't believe it! Somehow, my roomates - Pablo and David - managed to throw us a surprise birthday party...and it was in our own house! Now, the details and planning required was extensive, but they pulled it off. I can definitely say that it was the best birthday that I had ever had :) Thanks guys! I am truly lucky to have such great friends!
